Condo Rules

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. DOOR LOCK: Please leave door locked at all times and use the code so that we can access in emergencies.

2. PARKING: Space 210 is the ONLY space that is ours. The only guest spaces are those that are not covered and not numbered.

3. NEIGHBORS: Please remember that you are in a condo with lots of neighbors, they are our friends and we would like to keep it that way J. Please be quiet and considerate and kind to them. They will report to me if you are not! And if anyone asks, you are friends of the family and NOT renters!!! This is not a profit center for us, it is a family home that we allow others to use and you are contributing funds to the upkeep and maintenance of the property so you can come again.

4. FURNITURE: Please do not move or rearrange the furniture, there are fire codes and safety rules that apply to where we have everything located now. You will be charged for moving or damaging furniture.

5. POOL & SPA: The key to the pool and spa is hanging on the hook, make sure it goes back there! It costs $200 to replace it and you will be charged for the replacement.

6. WASHER AND DRYER: Please feel free to use the washer and dryer. We do ask that you purchase your own detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets.

7. CLEANING: There are some cleaning supplies in the bedroom closet for occasional spill, please clean up after yourselves and prevent stains and damage to the carpet and furniture.

8. FOOD: We have left spices and may have some left overs in the fridge. Please replace any other food that you have used from the cupboards.

9. AC & HEAT: Please help us conserve energy. The thermostat is controlled remotely. It will be set at 72 for cool and 68 for heat. Please do NOT change the thermostat, I will get an alert when any changes are made.

10. WINDOWS: Please close all windows when you leave the condo. The weather is unpredictable and a storm may arise and cause damage, you will be charged.
